Day 2 update

One kitchen...freshly installed in the living room...well worth the NOK990 delivery fee i paid for them to carry it up 4 flights of stairs.
Funny one this, IKEA have three methods of getting your new kitchen home to you.

1. Do it all yourself...Price FREE. Puh, no thanks.

2. trudge around the IKEA warehouse pick all the bits you need yourself (only to find they don't have half the things you want), lug it all to the checkout and then lug it over to the transport guy who gets it to you the next day....Price NOK790

3. Go to IKEA tell them what you want, (easy as the drawing of the kitchen generates a list of the stuff you need). Tell them where you want it delivered. Wait 7 days...and watch them carry it up the stairs. Price NOK990. and two pints of water for the poor guys who heaved it all up the stairs.
Cash on delivery for the whole order!
I almost strained my arm swiping my card and typing my PIN. Ha.

Does anybody EVER choose anything else than no.3?

now, where do i start?
