Snowage

Had the first of the the years snowfall last night, so that can only mean one thing.... brush the cobwebs off the sledge ready for another run at the land speed record which we so nearly broke last winter.

we got there before the crowds gathered to prepare our run.

Maud again volunteered for job of piloting the missile, so all that was left to do was push her down.

Seemed pretty pleased with the first run but there was more speed to be had.

Now the next run was a goodun ....Mauds weeeeeeyy as she goes past the camera gives the game away.

The wrong snow

Not bad for the first run of the year, must have been the wrong type of snow which stopped us taking the record this time.

Maud drag starts the dragster.



A quick 5 mins relaxation in between runs down the slope.


Maud gets Oliver, who she knows from nursery and swimmimg, to pull her round the park on his sledge... women eh.
