Conker killer

Maud attempts to rid the park of tree rats.
The method.....simple.
Arm yourself with as many conkers as you can carry and run after the pigeons, throw aforementioned conkers at pigeons. Repeat as necessary.

Filming of this activity and indeed the activity itself, was cut short due to the fact of the rather suspicious looking man lurking by the bin. Is it just my super overprotective paternal instincts kicking in or in the last few seconds of the clip does he look like he's about to snatch Maud up and do a runner?
